Course Access
Members will have exclusive use of the course from when we re-open on Tuesday to Sunday 6th December (inclusive).
From Monday 7th December, you are welcome to host Member Guests and the timesheet will be opened for Visitors.
Unused Society tee time allocations will be released back to members by 08.00 the morning prior.
Timesheet Opening
The midweek sheet opens Monday 30th November, 19.00 for play on Monday to Friday from 1st December through to early January.
The weekend sheet opens Wednesday 2nd December, 19.00 for play on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December.
The weekend timesheet then reverts to weekly Wednesday 19.00 opening, four days in advance of Saturday and Sunday play.
Online Booking Only
Golf reservations must be made online or through the BRS app. You may book up to three other players on the same tee time, though names must be provided. We’ll be monitoring no-shows, please provide as much notice as possible if you book a round and find yourself unable to play.
Return of Competitions
Play will re-open initially with casual golf. Competitions will resume from Tuesday 8th December.
Clubhouse and Facilities
The clubhouse will be open, though services unfortunately limited due to government restrictions.
The Pro Shop will be open daily from 08.00-17.00 on a one-in-one-out basis.
Locker rooms will be open for shoe change and club collection only, please arrive at the course dressed ready for your round. The showers will not be in operation, though the restrooms will be open as usual.
Practice facilities will be open, including the Driving Range. Please observe physical distancing and arrive at the course no more than 20 minutes prior to your round to avoid congestion.
Restaurant Re-Opens Friday 4th December
The clubhouse restaurant will re-open from 10am-9pm, 7-days a week from Friday 4th December, with a full restaurant and bar menu available.
To avoid disappointment, please call ahead to pre-book tables for weekend dining, we expect it to be busy in the build-up to Christmas and the government is still yet to announce (inevitable) capacity limits.
As per current government restrictions, tables will be limited to 6 people with table service only.
